Cornavin (Spain & USA)

Cornavin was a Geneva-based watch company founded in 1920. In the 1970s, a subset of Soviet watches were marketed under this brand. These watches were likely intended to be sold in the USA or Spain. Notably, some variants have day-wheels written in Spanish. Such non-English, non-Cyrillic day wheels are rarely found on Soviet watches.

Cornavin watches were produced by Luch, Poljot, Raketa, Slava, Vostok, Zaria, and ZIM, among possible others.
